@Craigp Totally! I think what I like about the other words is that they (*mostly*) get used for non-physical contexts now.

@michaelc My ex-wife had a minor in Latin, I heard much the same from her (plus, 'cause I love this stuff, I kinda already picked it up!)
It wasn't so much a discovery as I was driving around a lot this week doing print shop pickup runs and thinking about "stuff" :D

@michaelc LOL....well, not all my "stuff" is always about the state of the world...in this case, it started thinking about how Heavy Metal is 'designed' to be transgressive, and what does that *mean* exactly....'At cross paths to society' :)
