I would really appreciate some help finding a contact for someone at sch.gr. I don't read Greek.

My e-mails to people using their services are bouncing and I need to ask them about it.

@carmenlisandrette So it appears to be the official website of the Greek School Network which is a national network of the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs for educators and anyone working in the education sector within Greece. The helpdesk page appears to serve as technical support and assistance for those who want to ask further inquiries.

It seems to explain what support is used for and what it's not used for, as well as listing contacts based on a given Greek region.

That's all I could gauge from the website's page so far (including some manual additional research)...

@carmenlisandrette@mastodon.social Hi, they have different helpdesks according to where the user is located (!), I found an email address for their helpdesk for users from abroad helpdesk@ach.sch.gr. If this is not the case or if you have an issue with this address do DM me, how complicated is this site?
