Well, the customer support representative was the sweetest and says she will send me a free replacement (express shipping) with the corrections I requested. And if even that doesn't live up to the original mockup, I can get a reimbursement or a voucher. Stellar customer support.
I should get the replacement 8 days before I leave for FOSDEM. Fingers crossed!
