So anyways, ICE/CBP is playing in everyone's face in light of the threat to deploy National Gaurds against them.
The day after Walz made the threat to call the NG the commander of CBP Gregory Bovino staged a photo op at the Minnesota State Capitol which the right wing has been joking he'll soon be in command of.
I've never in my life seen this type of blatant disregard for the political norms of the US.
This is what Bovino did to mourn Renee Good's death.

The paper the federal cops presented was NOT signed by a judge and so it was not in any way legal for them to bust down this door with armed men.

Each offense more shocking than the last.
At the end of the day the AG of Minnesota is asking for very reasonable relief.
That the ICE/CBP surge END and that anytime ICE/CBP do have legit warrants they need to follow basic police procedures like respecting the constitution.
