Video from St. Cloud Minnesota show's a couple ICE agents attempting to grab a Somali American, emphasis on attempt, and having a hundred community members IMMEDIATLY surround these shitty federal cops.

The paper the federal cops presented was NOT signed by a judge and so it was not in any way legal for them to bust down this door with armed men.

But as I've said from the start, this was all typical American cop work.
Turns out, Ross was a 10yr veteran federal officer and was responsible for TRAINING many other immigration & customs cops.

In one video an older guy just drives his car right into the fed building driveway, parks. Casually gets out to hold up a protest sign to an immediate volley of pepper balls and mace as cops run over to arrest him and beat back the cheering crowd.
Arrests like this waste DHS/ICE resources and lower cop moral.

Just finished reading most of the Minnesota v. DHS lawsuit and its just a massive constitutional violation wrapped in police violence and state's rights infringement.
Each offense more shocking than the last.
At the end of the day the AG of Minnesota is asking for very reasonable relief.
That the ICE/CBP surge END and that anytime ICE/CBP do have legit warrants they need to follow basic police procedures like respecting the constitution.

There's also a umm... unmistakable air in the US right now that a SERIOUS line has been crossed.
Dude says he's not waiting for the ballot box, he urges his fellow Americans to show up armed to more ICE interactions. He says he's choosing the bullet box instead.
And so as I a bit of a student of history, US civil rights, bussing and just being Black in a America ummm I really think the average American is starting to sound a lot more revolutionary than they used to.
