This looks like an ID of someone you're following. We had this issue with Mastodon and new accounts that use numeric IDs. But our fix isn't clean and alphanumeric IDs slip through the cracks. This is bookmarked for a fix. -

We need to add more search keywords, especially for unifiedpush -

@cwebber one interesting element of this is Aveta is on blacksky, which i understand to be a completely independent service provider. So this user is being emailed that they are in violation of a TOS that they arguably aren’t even party to.
