What do have these cities in common:

you would only get half a day for each city, only barely enough to get a general overview of the place
how are you traveling? train?
Torino - Genova and Genova - La Spezia are direct trips, getting to Brescia from either Genova or La Spezia requires changing train probably in Milan (there are also other options) which makes the trip longer and add chances of disruptive delays
