Din’s Curse.
This is basically Diablo with procedurally generated levels. Which, yeah, means it’s a Rogue-like. Or put another way: no level is ever the same because the layouts and enemies are randomized.
There is a story but it’s not so important. But if you’re the kind of person who demands one anyway, it’s about a guy who’s cursed to be a hero and free each village from a malignant force.
Either way, you’re in a dungeon. You go on quests. You hack and slash at your enemies. You manage inventory. You level up.
It’s a good time.
And I can’t believe this game is already 16-years-old. -
