Ieri la #tachicardia si è fatta viva un paio di volte. Non mi era mai capitato e non è stata una bella esperienza. Oggi temo che possa essere simile. L'#ansia a volte schiaccia. E lo yoga domani è indispensabile.

@andre123 potrei usare il tablet o la tavoletta grafica per scrivere quando lavoro, che riguardi la didattica o la ricerca. Quindi, che ne so, preparare un compito o buttare giù idee per articoli. Nemmeno per sogno. Carta e penna. Non credo sia questione di età. Sono ancora molti gli studenti che prendono appunti sui classici quadernoni. È più pratico.
