    Geo is coming up on 7 months old. We took advantage of a break in the rain for a sniffing walk. Since he's now an adolescent, we're revisiting all our visual cues and hand signs. This is a good thing so we can get even better in our sign language. On the walk, in the distance, a gal was talking to a companion and using her hands--a lot. Geo was so mesmerized & followed it up with a short nap😘👍🏻🐾🐶#deaf #dogs #DogsOfMastodon #Geo

    Sometimes I think I should retire my account. Mostly because I don't have happy go lucky content much of the time. We don't want to be a downer.Don't get me wrong. We do have a good life. An abundance of love and one of the sweetest dogs in the universe.It's just that our activities don't vary extensively, we spend much of our time dealing with health challenges, and those obligations come before creative and more interesting pursuits. After tooting regularly for three years I might have shared everything at least once.Summer is our constant companion and though I got her out for a lengthy run on our property today it was too rainy for photos.While I'm writing Summer is teasing me with her pink bunny because she knows I can't resist and that I will take two minutes to play no matter what is on my plate. The upside is that we are hanging in there and we love you all. #Summer #DogsOfMastodon

His owners are elderly and have health issues so they can no longer keep him.He needs a home by next Tuesday because the owner is going in for surgery.
