#Solarpunk is (among other things) an aesthetic, a literary genre and a movement. AFAIK it's a commonly held belief in the community that the 3 are connected; specifically that the first two (while of course also having value in themselves) motivate people to "join the movement", take action, enact change in the physical world.Do you agree with the premise? Have you experienced or heard about examples of this "solarpunk pipeline" happening?Curious about your takes - tell me!

Now this. This is #solarpunk.A true community-owned gardening project. So many stadiums and sports institutes are just left to rot once they're no longer profitable, instead of being reused for the greater good. Remember, repurposing is always easier than recycling.Image source: https://redlib.catsarch.com/r/solarpunk/comments/1oatw62/taipeis_old_stadium_turned_into_a_community_garden/

@alxd correction, a bit more than would easily fit on a $20 pendant.I've just realized that the computer shops next door¹ carries 512GB microSD cards, they are only still quite expensive (~60EUR), but I expect that they will come down in price faster than wikipedia is growing¹ FSVO next, or for somebody else's door :D

@alisynthesis @sparseMatrix kiwix does have support for other websites, including github.com/openzim/zimit / zimit.kiwix.org/#/ to scrape generic websites (with some limits)I don't see opensourceecology on library.kiwix.org/ , but the license looks compatible, and there is always github.com/openzim/zim-request…
