    Is there any way to access my files if I can't login as myself? My standard login suddenly gives me a flashing, crazy screen with no interaction except a moving cursor. But I can still login from a USB as a live session user, so I wondered if I could get to those files from there. I've been trying to use su - in the terminal but it doesn't recognize my actual username. I really need to rescue some files from this computer.
