@mertn Whoa...you used a Cray? That's wild. But...waiting 5 minutes just to compile something? Yeah, I can see that becoming a PITA stat.Since I've been at my current employer, there is this archeological *print spooler* used to send/received *files* internally and to our upstream provider's mainframe. It's been in place for at least two decades. Documentation is questionable.It doesn't support HA/DR, frequently disconnect, and if our provider receives one of these computer-generated files with even a single error then it will take down their mainframe but we are forbidden from inspecting or otherwise doing *anything* to the files.Oh, and this is mission critical to the business.
