(BTW in addition to the political issues with suckless in general, surf is doubly grating because it's not even minimal by any sense of the suckless technical principles, given its dependency on webkit)

I actually like Vivaldi in principle, my only (and large) issue with it is that its rendering engine is just Blink (but as far as Blink-based browsers go, it is the best).
suckless wrote surf, not netsurf.

@50Percent_Cooler last time I tried I couldn't even configure Google as a search engine with the classic g shortcut. There's a difference between having solid privacy defaults and preventing me from using anything the way I want to use it.
