@stefano Ooooooh, I might replace my Kobo next year, since it is becoming a little sluggish booting up and such.

Which model did you get? I kinda am looking at the ones with coloured screen.

@labellaragassa it is the Libra Colour.
It's recharging now, but I already feel the difference compared to the Kindle I was using before.
The screen is more "textured" and less "Paperwhite" (it reminds me of my former kindle, from 2011), but it's quick and it's comfortable to hold.

I can't say much at the moment as I posted the photo a couple of minutes after unboxing it

@Nomad13 thank you! I've had some Kindle devices for a long time, but the strict tie to the Amazon world isn't that great. More, many local public libraries support digital lending when using a Kobo.

I bought a Clara and was disappointed in the 6 inch screen. After using it for a while, I've decided I'm fine with simple turning the page more often. 8 years ago I got an Aura One with 7.8 " screen. I love that size and the reader still works, but it has issues with USB connection cutting out while trying to put a book on it. That's why I got a new one. I wonder how the Sage would be with that 8" screen.

Oh, I forgot to mention why I bought the Clara. Supposedly you can replace the battery in it! It looks like it will be rocket science if it ever comes to my doing it, though. 😬

@ajlewis2 eheh. I've also read that the recent Kobo devices (like the one I bought) can be repaired using iFixIt (or something like that). This is a big plus!
