@trwnh@mastodon.social that's ridiculous. Why does every other AP service have to create activity handlers just to get a baseline permissive behaviour?
I understand the consent respecting aspect, but if the behaviour is "allow all", it should be as simple as a flag.
Too bad I didn't pay enough attention to the FEP draft.
@rimu@liaizon@silverpill no, you still need to respond to the activities. the bit you quoted is only a hint so clients know whether their activity will be accepted
cerealkella@mas.to that would be very disappointing. GBoard is definitely better than the AOSP keyboard, but if it really is cramming AI in, then I will have to unfortunately go back.
hello fellow artists. google has fallen. pinterest/duckduckgo AI filters don't work. do not despair; here is a list i made of places to find reference images without having to sift through piles of worthless garbage: http://doodlemancy.dreamwidth.org/20757.html🚯 #NoAI #HumanArtists
In my day job as a short film curator, the AI slop on YouTube posing as short films is atrocious. Note to aspiring filmmakers: AI is NOT a shortcut. Learn your craft. Nothing beats human creativity, involvement, and hard work. #noai #media
If you let AI feed you all the answers, then you are letting whomever control this AI decides of everything you learn (or never learn). That people somehow still trust these tools, and what this means for the future of democracy, frightens me to my core. #NoAI #Democracy #NoToOligarchy
