How do you personally pronounce "lib"? (in the context of /usr/lib)
I have heard it pronounced both ways (like the poll option examples) so just wondering.

When I say "Libre software" I think I always pronounce it "leeb". -
I pronounce it like "library" (US pronounciation, long "i"). That is how we pronounced it at the workplace I was at when I first started programming (mid-90's, California) and it stuck.
