Depends on the language my head is in.
Leeb when I'm in french. Laib in English.

When I say "Libre software" I think I always pronounce it "leeb".

I pronounce it like "library" (US pronounciation, long "i"). That is how we pronounced it at the workplace I was at when I first started programming (mid-90's, California) and it stuck.
