When you travel, how many meals per day do you usually eat out?

@evan
Define "eat out". Does breakfast in the hotel restaurant count? -

@evan depends on if it’s a short trip (day or two) versus something longer. For the latter I like the get groceries for easy breakfast/lunch and order food in for dinner (COVID cautious)

@evan I generally carry sachets of museli so that no matter what the day throws at me, I know I've had my basic breakfast. When I'm traveling alone I'll eat dinner out a couple of times but mainly I love to grab something from a deli counter, a fancy local can of beer, and have dinner in my room in pj's revisiting my pre-teen life reading, playing with cosmetics, watching dreg crap, dancing around like an idiot and going to bed early. Why? Because I CAN!!!😅

@evan I broke a little bit because I think of hotel breakfast as "in" but it's more like "out" than a picnic lunch
-
@evan Just one, because I'm Spanish so when I'm abroad I oversleep breakfast times and by the time I start looking for a place to have lunch (15:00) everything's closed. I then proceed to wait until local dinner time (18-19ish). We call it desayuno-comida-merienda-cena-a-ver-si-espabilo-para-la-siguiente.

@evan I count the hotel breakfast as eating out.
