Literally every demographic complains about the cost of living crisis, the insane housing shortage, poverty increasing significantly, the pension age now being 72, more homelessness, the unfair medical deductible, people needing foodbanks, increased stress, and the wealth gap being one of the worst in the world.
So guess what the people voted for this time? Jup, right wing parties.

And yes I consider D66 right wing. Let's hope they'll consider a coalition with PvdA-GL.

Up until now, I thought Netherlands was more progressive than this. 72 for retirement age? This is nuts! All the other things you point out are very concerning, too.
I now understand that it's not just the weather that you're wanting to get away from...
At least your government has the concept of "coalitions" and it's not a two-party circle-jerk like in USA.
