I was made redundant a couple weeks ago. From a school I’d worked at for 15 years, They gave us 5 days notice
Fortunately, I’m a member of a union. As were all the other teachers.
Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) were with us every step of the way. They made sure it was all above board, kept our dodgy bosses in check, & even helped us negotiate an enhanced redundancy package
So if you haven’t already, join a union

I'm in the SEIU. Unions can help you survive capitalism. Form one or join one. Just because your boss says you're an exempt employee, that doesn't make it so. Know your rights and use them!

@rufustheduck This would be completely illegal where I live. Teachers at public schools only get fired if they commit a crime.

Le correnti determineranno ancor d+ la carriera dei magistrati, stravolgendo la logica meritocratica.
Magistrati che non temeranno nemmeno più la loro stessa "autodisciplina".
Ma chi tutelerà il cittadino che subisce un torto da un magistrato "correntista" con un CSM dominato dalla sua corrente?
il torto verrà derubricato a un normale errore, niente di disciplinarmente rilevante.A me sta cosa non piace.
