Is there any way to use the #godot inspector to assign events to a resource signal, like you do for a node signal?

OK, am I losing my mind? A few days ago I found a setting that let me tell a #Godot container whether to grow upwards, downwards, or both directions, but now I can't find it.

I'm still getting this error: ERROR: Navigation region synchronization error. More than 2 edges tried to occupy the same map rasterization space. This is a logical error in the navigation mesh caused by overlap or too densely placed edges.I have no idea what a "map rasterization space" is, and cannot find any reference to it.I cannot find any overlaps or densely placed edges.I have rebuilt my Terrain mesh several times to try to fix it. #godot #godotengine #gdscript #gamedev

argh !!!! godot !!!! why do you do this to me !!!!!here's my issue:I'm loading a level dynamically, right ? swapping out a node for a packed scene. tell me why, then, when i instantiate the scene and add it as a child does the whole thing load in but only half of it render and become interactive ?I can't see my collectibles, but i can sure collect them. I can't see signs/NPCs but I can sure read/talk to them. I can't see my patrolling enemies but I can sure get hurt by them. yet all the new level geometry and collision loaded. Why is this ?? What am I doing wrong ?? The camera render layers don't change between loads -- it's still the same camera, just following a different target once the new level loads in. What's going on !!!! aaaarrrrggghhhhh !!!!!!!#godot #godothelp #help #helpwanted #gamedev #indiedev #godot3d

Here is the result in the #FluidSimulation. And it creates quite a mess. I'm really not satisfied. My next idea is a "reshape" algorithm, that will find the shortest path from input to output (also favoring lower altitude), and then spread that path as much as required to get the desired thickness. However this could become costly for big slices. I'll see how it goes.
