Turkey about to go in the oven. Wild rice stuffing with pecans and cranberries. Sage butter and corn oil rub with thyme, rosemary, paprika and garlic. Sliced onions and turnips. White wine and chicken broth to marinate.

@mpjgregoire I don't have a formal recipe! Here's roughly what I do: cook 1 cup wild rice; leave it a little toothy. Toast 1 cup pecans. Soften 1 diced onion in sage butter. Add 1 cup dried cranberries, pecans, onions to wild rice. Stuff the turkey, and roast as normal.
