Dr. Mark Perlmutter, an orthopedic surgeon from the United States, testified that Israeli snipers deliberately shot Palestinian children, often aiming at their heads and chests.
His testimony adds to mounting evidence of Israel’s systematic use of force against innocent civilians, including children, across the Gaza Strip.

I haven't been following the ins and out of all this but John Tamahere has a history of manipulative horrible bullshit so I'm inclined to believe Kapa-Kingi on this one.

Humans are insane.
Case and point - there were FULL PLANS to make a TANK driven with #nuclear power...
...Something that is meant to get shot at, and gets blown up no matter how much armor you give it as humans are SPECTACULAR at figuring out ways to blow stuff up.
Someone had to go "hey guys, maybe radioactive material getting scattered everywhere by explosions, or irradiated tank crews are really bad ideas," as radiation shielding was also an issue.
