Right now, Lemmy only lets you pick one language to see and forces you to manually choose a language every time you post. Because of that, most posts end up marked as “undetermined,” so filtering by language hides most content.
It would make more sense if:
You could set multiple preferred languages to view posts and comments. You could set a default posting language instead of picking it every time. The initial language settings were auto-filled based on browser or system language.This would make the language functionality much more useful.

Wouldn’t it make sense for Forgejo to encrypt private repositories so users could safely include sensitive data like logs, histories, or even login configs?
For example, I currently exclude things like my Zsh history in .gitignore in my dotfiles repo. If private repos were encrypted, I could just commit everything and sync my full setup between machines without relying on Syncthing or other tools.
Is there any plan or reason why Forgejo doesn’t encrypt private repos this way?

Il crematorio di Biella è stato definito “forno degli orrori”, per lo scandalo delle cremazioni multiple emerso nell'ottobre del 2018. Ci sarebbero infatti centinaia di cremazioni sospette: venivano cremati più corpi contemporaneamente, spesso i resti in sopravanzo gettati nella spazzatura.
