w00t. by complete chance SDL has a work around for my touch X11 screen problems as of three days ago. afaik the wayland touch screen problems are insurmountable until any of the major desktop environments take it seriously, but you know what? one pathologically broken linux is better than two pathologically broken linuxes ๐
finally finally finally I can start building the virtual midi controller stuff back into mollytime now
