I found this out by accident after failing to get a resolution to a query - both Itch and PayPal said it was the other side causing the issue.
(I don't know for sure this is what caused the issue, but it's one hell of a coincidence!)

@CyReVolt @m0veax i would use imapsync. Mailcow supports it natively so you can set a scheduled sync for each mailbox. This way, everything will be clean and controlled by each user
