Need some help:
i hate strength training. I find it extremely boring.
I do it to prevent injuries and get stronger for running and skiing, but because I find it sooo boring I dont do it enough.
If you are like me, how do you motivate yourself to do it or how did you learn to at least tolerate it?

@ruthpozuelo for me: (indoor) top rope climbing and bouldering. You're also solving a puzzle while doing your workout. I used to suffer from back pain a lot, and since I'm climbing - even though I only get around to it just once a week and have to skip every other week or so - all back pain is gone.

@ruthpozuelo There are lots of options out there; I have an Apple subscription, so I get the Fitness videos as part of it. They're varied and usually very easy for me to follow along. Finding something you use like that is probably worth a try. I'm sure others will chime in with how they build their strength training plans to support their #running.

@WildEnte That is a great motivator indeed.
Clever to do some alternative activities!
