This from the company that, when asked about its complicity in The Holocaust, replied that they didn’t have any records from the period as they are tech company, not historians.

@ltning @paride5745 There are some. The De Cecco is good. Also, the Molisana brand is good. Rummo is good, too, and Voiello is acceptable. The Italian COOP also produces good wholegrain pasta, but it'll probably be different there.
