So it's the end of my 2nd week on #Mastodon and I'm still having a blast. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome in this strange new #fediverse

I've encountered a lot of very groovy people here. Some of them don't like mushy peas - but I'm trying not to hold it against them. I hope to meet more groovy people in the future

At the end of my first week, I shared a picture one of my #cats sleeping. So this time, here's a picture of my other #cat sleeping, so that they know I love them equally

I guess it's time to clue you in then - this fediverse is not new. It's just the old fediverse with a bit of PVC cladding on the front and a spangly new logo. Oh and two rubber plants in the lobby

@rufustheduck ahh I see. I thought my brain had forgotten already 🤓 I think I had mushy peas like, once or twice in my life and must admit I wasn't a fan, but that's because I don't like cooked peas in general. Only when they're fresh from the garden 😅

But, I just could not get anyone to try mushy peas. For some reason the whole concept completely freaked them out. I even took mint source to go with it. But no.... weirdos...
