You might ask "why only now?" or "why don't they mention the dead Gazans?" or "why don't they mention the Genocide?".
Since their position is radical here, I assume they want their message to not get immediately rejected.
Knowing how much courage it took them to refuse and publish their refusal, I have much respect for them.
