@rysiek and now that you mentioned this other interpretation I feel like it's obviously what @canleaf meant and I have no idea why I interpreted it the other way at first, LOL.
Ironically, if we could get rid of Mozilla leadership (remove from the position of power the people currently leading Mozilla) we might get Mozilla leadership (Mozilla products leading the change in what could be) on the Web again.
