@LaVi ecco, in realtà siamo rientrati tardi, non so se ci mettiamo sul divano a leggere o se passiamo direttamente al leggere due pagine a letto e poi nanna (e nel caso sarebbe il libro da leggere prima di dormire che ho già iniziato, che è l'epistolario di Plinio il Giovane)

Two years ago, today
I was feeling better and no longer had a fever, but I didn't have much energy. My wife didn't have a fever at that moment, but she had zero energy. It was Christmas Day and we were alone as we didn't want to infect our parents.
We decided to take a short drive to the Po River to relax, without getting out of the car. I took this photo as a memory of that moment.
By 27th December, I would have a 'brain fog' and dizziness. She had a cough that lasted for a long time. We decided to take a test. I was negative, but I had gotten sick earlier. She was positive. It was our first time having Covid.

@mpjgregoire sorry! So, roughly, I boil about 2 cups of wild rice then let it simmer for about an hour until it's open and soft. Then I mix it with chopped toasted pecans, dry or fresh cranberries and/or raisins, sage, salt, and pepper. I stuff the turkey with it. I hope that helps! Bookmark this!
