@Gina Every time I'm in Europe I get a bit of a culture shock from the amount of people, especially younger people, smoking cigs. Not vapes - straight cigarettes. Europe is always a good time, but that's one thing I have to get used to again.

@zed @royaards I think they were just pulling the usual FAANG logos to make their point, which Apple is a part of. It would have been more accurate to include OpenAI, Copilot, and Anthropic logos.

@stefan With an influx of cash comes a curse. They'll want that money back and more in some form or fashion.

But I will sell out for pizza.

@stefan This is a cool site. Looking more closely at the daily metrics over the past year, it seems like it's flattening out. This makes sense, because I think a year+ ago, it was newer and people were still making the move over and trying it out. The growth they had at the start was never going to remain. To echo somewhat the points made in a few other comments here, that's probably a good thing.

In the last 30 days Vivaldi has blocked 6,197 ads and over 13,600 trackers for me. The web is a mess these days isn't it.
