@Steve @afreytes In Colombia, theres a very famous poet, Rafael Pombo. He mostly did literary work for children. Most curious are his translations of "Simple Simon" known as "Simon el bobito".The translations are so intricate and elaborated that basically are new poems themselves. Which did cause the discussion with translators over time if was this the correct way to do it, since Simple Simon's poems are, well, simple.Its an interesting conundrum when trying to translate anything.
