It would allow you to cache the value temporarily (maybe a quick recheck every 7 days or so) so as to avoid needing a double knock at all. Caching based on first knock success also works. @julian Ahh, thanks Julian! That makes sense. That’s pretty much the same guidance I got from Claude and ChatGPT too. If I go for Apple at some point, I won’t be able to just wrap the site and call it a day. I’d need to build out more native functionality, and I’m not going to pretend I fully understand that path yet haha.

Ad ogni modo bisogna solo ringraziarli per averci concesso una sala gratuita quando invece in giro per Pavia e provincia nessuno era disposto a darci una sala ma anche una piccola sede fissa. Al mondo d’oggi é difficile trovare sale anche per avere una sede fissa aperta anche solo per pochi giorni

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that... unfortunately debugging server-to-server interactions is kind of tough. It should work though, so I don't know why it didn't... yet. It could be their version of NodeBB isn't up to date enough. cwsmith@community.darkscribes.com cwsmith@community.nodebb.org are you able to weigh in and let me know the NodeBB version? Could also be a privileges issue with the fediverse pseudo-user.
