I voted in the #NDP leadership race.

I voted in the #NDP leadership race. It was kind of a pain -- the instructions come by email, and the URL for the voting platform is buried about 15 paragraphs into the email. Also, I had forgotten that it was ranked-choice voting, so I had to go do research on the 3 candidates I didn't know. Overall, a little more complex than I thought was warranted, but I got the job done.

@evan I've been following the race quite closely and watched all the debates.
Got my vote in, but honestly I think all are really good folks and have their hearts in the right place.
100% agree that it took me a couple minutes to find the link though 😂

@evan The city election in Amsterdam was amazingly easy. There was a web site to help pick the party you wanted and then one vote for the city and one vote for the 'deelstad'. Red pencil to fill in a circle. 2 voting stations within 600 yards of my house. They were open from 7am to 9pm. Votes were all counted by the next day. There were a lot of candidates, so you could vote for your favorite.

@gam3 Our actual government elections are actually great. But this was a party election, for choosing new leadership, so it's run internally by the party.
