And one from this year for comparison.In 2012 I drew several crossovers between the main characters of PreCure seasons and other magical girls, and of course I started with Futari Wa Precure. The crossover I chose was another magical girl with brown hair, Card Captor Sakura. I remember searching a while for an outfit of Sakura that is also featuring a lot of black and pink, and if I recall correctly, the boots were cut off on the one reference picture of this one. It’s definitely not one of the few that she is commonly depicted in.

It’s one of my early digital drawings, the lineart was done on paper and scanned but I colored it digitally - I think I already had a small graphic tablet at the time to do the coloring.
Next to it is an illustration you might recognize. It’s from this year - because I have kept doing this kind of crossover this whole time. Always in the same way, the PreCure main characters on the season on the right side and another (magical) girl on the left side, and they have swapped costumes.

I’m not sure which is more surprising - that the PreCure franchise has been going for so long, or that I kept drawing these.
No doubt I will do new ones for as long as there are new PreCure seasons and I am physically able to draw.

Oggi pomeriggio per curiosità ho smontato il montante, giusto un pochino per vedere dov'era, e sembra facilmente accessibile senza smontare mezza macchina. Voglio provare prima a pulirlo e dandogli del lubrificante al silicone e poi se non risolvo, provare a smontarlo da lì e vedere se riesco a riavvolgere la molla. Ha un coperchio di plastica tenuto sicuramente con 2 o 3 viti, una si vede
