I’ve had this plot a year now so here’s a three minute tour around the place. Some lovely birdsong at the start.
Most things on the plot have been rescued, reused, recycled, reclaimed, gifted, scavenged or repaired over the years.

We’ve barely had a frost of late and forecast temperatures 4°C to 10°C for the foreseeable. It feels a bit weird to have a frost free February.

@HumToTable The plot was overgrown but the soil was in good health when I took it on.
I’m looking forward to doing some visual soil tests in spring. It’s been mulched with some very well rotted horse manure in places or green manures in others.

Well done for cutting down on your meat consumption and changing to a more plant based diet. I’m vegetarian and try to grow as wide a variety of produce as I can. Especially things I can’t buy in the shops.

@kellyromanych Thanks, it’s a lot different from the day I took it on. Ernie had the guided tour that day. Not a very good or long clip but he enjoyed himself. 💚

@economia @fucinafibonacci #SiScherzaEh il gasolio agricolo lo distribuiva la regione 45 - 50 anni fa. Costava una fesseria, vero che intasava un po il filtro, ma i motori dei trattori di allora erano poco permalosi.
Seriamente invece, è stato calcolato quanto costa l'auto elettrica? Cioè un paragone costo acquisto, "carburante", manutenzione tra elettrico e termico?
Per me che percorro circa 15000 km anno, converrebbe l'elettrico? Posso ricaricarla a casa ho un box.
