In China Food is produces in the partial shade of Modern solar panels, water is conserved, crops thrive.
In semi arid environments animals are grazing under solar panels, spreading seeds of grasses and shrubs, in some cases first trees are growing back.
The profitability of food growing in properly designed solar parks is much higher than either electricity production or food growing alone.
