The project uses the Miyawaki method, named for botanist Akira Miyawaki, whereby a wide variety of local trees are planted in tight quarters, mimicking the biodiversity and natural growth in the wild. Two organizations helped create it, Biodiversity for a Livable Climate .... (2/3)
