@junes You are indeed double correcting. Inkscape's option is only there for instances where the operating system doesn't support color correction.

A ver a la gente que escribe #poesia necesito ayuda. Hace poco reconecté con la poesía y salieron unos poemas muy muy lindos. Ahora estoy en un momento creativo donde se me ocurren muy buenas ideas pero ninguna termina de tomar forma. Pero tengo muuchos pedacitos interesantes y algunas secuencias. Reconozco de mi proceso creativo con el dibujo que hay momentos donde estoy más para hacer bocetos y más adelante cuando tengo ganas de trabajarlos elijo alguno o me inspiro en eso y van saliendo cosas que me divierten. Entiendo que con la escritura puede ser parecido pero no sé cómo organizarme tengo miedo de que todo se pierda. Tiene sentido? Les pasa? Como lo manejan? Entiendo que este momento puede ser valioso también porque no siempre estamos fluyendo con nuevas ideas. Pero mi experiencia anterior con la poesía específicamente es de empezarla y terminarla casi de un tirón. Gracias desde ya espero leerles también #askfedi 💗

@szakib to me also looks like that there probably was some plastic or rubbery seal. I would cut a slice from old innertube, take stem away for a while and slide it in there.Electrical tape would be easier. High tech solution would be to 3d print that part.

@junes io ti consiglierei di provare comunque ad imparare un editor come vim (che personalmente preferisco) o emacs. Richieste un po' di attenzione all'inizio, ma sono molto comodi, soprattutto se si lavora spesso da remoto. Purtroppo non so di altri strumenti CLI o TUI per diff/merge (kdiff3, l'altro che conosco, è comunque per GUI essendo parte di KDE).

@alice I've only gotten professional bleaching so I can't speak to discounter products, but ultimately, hydrogen peroxide is aggressive no matter where it's from. Don't know how much quality matters.I'd recommend dilution down as far as possible. I get 6% bleach for a very dark brown natural color to light yellow for dyeing over. If you're naturally blonde, like, 2-3% or something might be all you need.Also, what's your hair care? That's the biggest thing for nice, dyed hair in my experience

@omar@bsd.cafe hi! I'm not sure if I qualify as a long-term user, I've been using it maybe 4-5 years now. But regardless; I've disabled public relays usage on my setup as I only want to have it exposed in my home network and over my VPN anyway (which is Tailscale for convenience these days, but was a self-hosted Wireguard thing before that).I've never actually noticed any issues with my setup, so long as whatever device I'm using is able to talk to my home server (which runs Syncthing in a docker container), it's been able to sync everything just fine.I must admit I've never used it on Android though, mostly because I like to keep my phones as "dumb" as I can make/keep them.For reference, I use it for a variety of documents, screenshots I make on my computers get sent there too (~/Pictures/Screenshots is a symlink to a directory in my Syncthing directory), and even have a few Flatpak-installed application configuration files/directories in there (again, symlinked from where these apps expect them to be).Darktable is one such app, it's just so nice to be able to pick up where I left off with my full library on any of my computers. The actual photos themselves are accessed through an NFS share from my home server, but Darktable's settings and library database and related files are kept in-sync with Syncthing.I don't remember ever having a merge/sync conflict, it's just been rock solid for me.I use the "Syncthingy" flatpak app on all my computers, as it's been working fine for my needs all this time, even when I was using Fedora Silverblue (Atomic Desktop) and tried to layer as few system packages as possible. I'm sure without that restriction Syncthing proper would be equally fine.I hope this helps!
