“In this regard, while this will not be our full response, I have decided to withdraw my consent for the operation of the last [Russian] consulate in Gdańsk,” Sikorski stated. He also noted that an official note would be sent to the Russian government within the next few hours.
In my opinion, this specific response hints that Russian diplomatic personnel and diplomatic bags - legally protected - might have been used to facilitate the attack.
You likely won't find it in English, but if you're seriously into Russian and Soviet relations I very much recommend book "Zdrada Sowietów. Pamiętniki dyplomaty sowieckiego" by G.Z. Biesiedowski published in Polish 1989, but I now see the original was published in Russian:

Besedovski, a Soviet diplomat in Warsaw who defected to France, described in great detail the sabotage operations the Soviet Russia conducted in 1930's Poland.

@zarfeblong @matt source being findable isn't the same as Open Source. Open Source means you can legally remix and legally sell or give away your new version.
You still can't ship a game called "Zork" (trademarks are still protected), but Open Source means the game and story can be repurposed in whatever way you want...and it means it can live forever, even if the owners of the IP decide it's not worth keeping available and playable on current hardware (which has happened a few times).

New, by me: Mozilla Says It's Finally Done with Two-Faced Onerep
In March 2024, Mozilla said it was winding down its collaboration with Onerep — an identity protection service offered with the Firefox web browser that promises to remove users from hundreds of people-search sites — after KrebsOnSecurity revealed Onerep’s founder had created dozens of people-search services and was continuing to operate at least one of them. Sixteen months later, however, Mozilla is still promoting Onerep. This week, Mozilla announced its partnership with Onerep will officially end next month.
