It is overly sweet. And indeed, abominable.
@elizabethtasker I'm not sure if it's an age thing, but I'm finding a lot of this sort of stuff to be quite grim. The sweetness is revolting. Don't get me started on Dubai chocolate. What even is that all about? Green sugary paste with a vague taste of pistachio in bad chocolate. Most of it is American style chocolate too and to someone with a European palette it really does taste like I've regurgitated sick into my mouth.

@elizabethtasker Japan does some "interesting" things with pizza. When I lived there, the chain that was local to me had one pizza that had whole clams on it.
