Using my GoToSocial account and its glorious 5000 character limit to clear the air about #WSocial and my opposition to it / why I want to speak up:

Yes, I'm well aware there are bigger problems in the world but the battle I picked is: rebellion against techbros / promotion of FOSS and the fediverse.

The battle against the techbros is very important among those bigger problems.So much of the current global craziness is a consequence of people consuming media that can easily be used for centralized individualized mass manipulation.

That's EXACTLY what my first impression with the media coverage about WSocial was! Even the investigative journalist Lars Wienand for T-Online! He did a little bit more than copying the Press Release, but he didn't question WSocial at all!
So we really NEED your blog article! Don't listen to the loudest voices this time! 👍

se domani non c'è neve per terra, va bene ammalarsi per essere usciti di casa dopo che ieri non eravamo stati bene¹ e prima di essere guariti del tutto.
se domani c'è neve per terra, devo assolutamente stare bene!
(però oggi pomeriggio si andava verso la fine di questo giro di precipitazioni, non sono ottimista)
¹ la solita fregatura: stanchezza generale, temperatura che è salita a ben 37 per mezz'ora e poi tornata normale, neanche a sufficienza per un giorno di malattia, e per di più succede nel weekend!
