Today’s job seekers aren’t lazy. We're exhausted.
We're:
- Submitting 100+ applications
- Waiting weeks for a response that never comes
- Getting ghosted after multiple interviews
- Facing offers that barely cover living costsMeanwhile, companies are:
▪️ Demanding “entry-level” roles with 3–5 years of experience
▪️ Expecting free labor through unpaid projects and case studies
▪️ Dragging candidates through 6+ interview rounds for an entry level role
▪️ Posting jobs they’ve already chosen internal hires for
▪️ Rejecting qualified candidates for not having “the perfect fit”
▪️ Underpaying roles while adding 10 different job descriptions into one
▪️ Penalizing candidates for “job hopping” without asking whyThis isn’t a talent shortage. This is a respect shortage.
It’s a broken hiring system that devalues candidates while blaming them for the mess.If you’re job searching right now, remember: you are not the problem. The system is.

@Otttoz parlano di "integrazione" ma in realtà intendono delegittimazione e annullamento dell'altro. Aspettiamo che imparino a sapersi incontrare con la diversità (culturale, spirituale, personale...) senza negare il proprio ma senza pretendere di spegnerla per ridurla alla loro identità. Ci vorranno insegnanti di sostegno e piani BES per questi personaggi.

• Impostazione pswrd VPS
• Cambio porta da 22 a “x”
• Installazione firewall
• Installazione fail2banPer poi seguire di nuovo la guida d’installazione di Mastodon.
Solo dopo un’installazione di successo valuteró cosa fare
