@ariadne as an aside, any tips for navigating the job market if youâre at this point? It sorta snuck up on me, and Iâm finding it hard to find any place I can join as the expert leader/mentor (these all seem to be either equity only positions or only really available for internal promotions⊠and I canât work for solely equity right now due to $life_circumstances).
I guess I could author (in anger) some libraries I wished existed as a starting point.
