French saucisson is nice on a sandwich, but not great on pizza.
In Italy Salami Napoli, Salami Milano, Spianata piccante appear to be popular, but I can't these locally here in France so am going to order something - probably spianata piccante as I don't think I've ever had it. Which do you prefer?

@dentangle I like ventricina but this is a locally produced salami and it's perfect on pizza. I don't know how they call it, anyway
