    #chatcontrol “Chat Control” è il nome di una proposta di regolamento dell’#UE per il contrasto degli abusi sessuali su minori (#CSAM). Obbliga i fornitori di servizi digitali di “rilevare” contenuti sospetti nelle comunicazioni private. Il testo proposto include l’obbligo di scansione preventiva, anche per comunicazioni cifrate (end-to-end), mediante tecnologie “client-side scanning”: cioè il contenuto verrebbe analizzato prima che sia cifrato e inviato.
