The Community Group for #ActivityPub is drafting an open letter calling for respect and collaboration between the people working on the different protocols in the open social web.
I'm signing the letter, and with it, I have some thoughts regarding discourse, decentralisation and why I think this space matters.

@fediversereport The only version of the events of that meeting I've heard was that the letter wasn't really even discussed and that it was supposed to be done at the next one. Do you have a different version of events you're basing what you wrote here on?
I also don't think "bikeshedding" is an accurate way to describe the comments Evan Prodromou has made about the statement and it seems unfair to single him out when he seems to have been far from the only person who had reservations about it.

Nel posto sbagliato qualsiasi cosa tu farai non andrà mai bene. Nel posto giusto ti basterà esserci, per essere sempre apprezzatə.

@francina1909 non credo esistano soluzioni easy. Io mi trovo nella tua stessa situazione, l'unico neo che ritrovo è che credo non sia ripagato a sufficienza, ma forse dipende dal fatto che vivo in una zona piena di autonomi che non se la passano male economicamente.

40 anni fa. IMHO l'inizio di una U2izzazione che non ha giovato loro. @francesco al momento no, perché alla fine sfrutto anche i lati positivi del lavoro attuale: la possibilità di smartworking, le colleghe con cui mi trovo benissimo, e il fatto che in mezzo a tanti casini, arrabbiature e nervoso, c'è una parte che mi piace, e che so fare abbastanza bene.
Però ammetto che ci sono anche momenti in cui vorrei mollare tutto e trovare qualcosa di più "easy". Che poi esiste davvero?
